1. Agreement

By booking a swim lesson with 2kol1nefes, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

2. Services

2kol1nefes provides private swimming instruction for children ages 2.5–12 in Bodrum, Turkey. We travel to the client's villa, hotel, or yacht pool.

3. Booking

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment or written confirmation.
• Waitlist signup does not guarantee a lesson slot.
• Lessons begin on the agreed date at the agreed location.

4. Pricing

• Starter (small group up to 3): €68/lesson
• Premium (1-on-1 or siblings): €90/lesson
• VIP (villa/yacht + photo package): €135/lesson
• Prices include travel within Bodrum peninsula.
• VAT included where applicable.

5. Payment

Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card (Iyzico/PayTR once activated), cash on site. Full payment is required before the first lesson in multi-lesson packages.

6. Cancellation & rescheduling

• 24+ hours notice: free cancellation or rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours: full lesson fee charged.
• Weather/safety: we may cancel for your safety with full refund or rescheduling.
• No-show: full fee charged.

7. Safety & supervision

• A parent or guardian must be present at all lessons for children under 12.
• 2kol1nefes instructors are certified in child water safety and hold professional insurance.
• You are responsible for ensuring the pool is clean, safe, and compliant with local regulations.

8. Liability

2kol1nefes maintains professional liability insurance. However, swimming involves inherent risk. By booking, you acknowledge these risks. We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed at booking.

9. Health disclosure

You must disclose any medical condition, allergy, or special need before the first lesson. We will adapt or decline based on safety considerations.

10. Media and photos

VIP package includes a complimentary photo session. We may use these photos for marketing only with your explicit written consent. Otherwise, no photography during lessons.

11. Refunds

• Unused lessons in a package: refundable up to 48 hours before the first lesson.
• After lessons begin: unused lessons credited for future use, not refunded.
• Weather/safety cancellations by us: fully refunded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes will be resolved in Bodrum courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version active at the time of your booking governs that booking.
